Frequent urination in cervical cancer may be caused by urinary tract infection, or it may be caused by a large cervical cancer tumor lesion that invades the ureter or bladder. In the former case, it is not possible to judge the stage. Early stage cervical cancer may also be accompanied by urinary tract infection, and it may be early, middle and late stage. In the latter case, it is because the mass is larger and invades the ureter and bladder, which is more often in the fourth stage, that is, advanced stage, so there is no way to determine the stage of cervical cancer by the symptoms of frequent urination alone. Cervical cancer requires colposcopic biopsy to confirm the diagnosis, and then further MRI of the pelvis and CT of the chest and abdomen for a comprehensive assessment to determine the stage. Generally speaking, early and middle stage cervical cancer still have the chance of radical surgery and post-surgery combined with radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatments, while advanced cervical cancer can only be treated with palliative radiotherapy to control the development of the disease.
