Gallbladder stones are a common disease, with a higher incidence in young and middle-aged women, two to four times that of men, which is related to the change in the nature of work and the improvement of living standards. Gallstone disease induced by poor living and eating habits is very common in clinical practice, which seriously affects people’s quality of life. 1, the causes of gallstones The more identified causes of gallstones are bile accumulation, biliary tract infection, cholesterol metabolism disorders three factors. The formation of gallstones is closely related to personal habits, especially going to bed too early after dinner, or inactivity after consuming high-fat meals at night, leading to accumulation of food in the stomach and duodenum before going to bed, which is the most important cause of gallstones formation. 2, the formation of gallstones in addition to the above-mentioned causes of gallstones, there are still the following artificially induced gallstones of bad habits. (1) like static and less active: many women, especially middle-aged women, tend to stay at home more time, exercise and physical labor time is less, the contraction force of the gallbladder muscle is bound to decline, bile emptying will be delayed, easy to cause the accumulation of bile, cholesterol crystals precipitation, for the formation of gallstones to create the conditions. (2) Obesity: women generally love to eat high-fat, high-sugar, high-cholesterol drinks or snacks, the direct consequence of this hobby is to gain weight, and obesity is an important basis for the development of gallstones. Studies have shown that people whose weight exceeds the normal standard by more than 15% have a 5 times higher incidence of gallstones than normal people. (3) diet westernization: the gallbladder has a very important physiological function in the human body, it concentrates, stores and discharges bile through absorption, secretion and other forms of movement. Studies have found that people who consume too much animal protein, animal fat and refined carbohydrates have a high incidence of cholesterol stones. (4) Do not eat breakfast: The proportion of modern women who do not eat breakfast is high, and long-term skipping breakfast will increase the concentration of bile, which is conducive to bacterial reproduction and easily promote the formation of gallstones. (5) Long-term vegetarians: Insufficient intake of lecithin and bile salts, resulting in an imbalance in the ratio, causing the formation of stones. (6) Multiple pregnancies: During pregnancy, the biliary tract function of women is easily disturbed, resulting in weak contraction of smooth muscles and retention of bile in the gallbladder, which, together with the relatively high cholesterol in the blood during pregnancy, can easily lead to precipitation and greatly increase the chance of gallstone formation. (7) Genetics: The occurrence of cholelithiasis is also related to genetics and other factors. Gallbladder stones may cause bile duct obstruction, bile stasis, gallbladder enlargement, biliary colic and acute cholecystitis, and even gallbladder perforation. At this time, if not treated in time, it can be life-threatening. Under the long-term chronic stimulation, gallbladder stones may induce gallbladder cancer. 4.Typical symptoms of gallstone disease Most patients are asymptomatic and only found during physical examination, surgery and autopsy, which is called stationary gallbladder stones. The typical symptoms of gallbladder stones in a small number of patients are biliary colic, which manifests as acute or chronic cholecystitis. The main clinical manifestations are as follows: (1) Biliary colic The patient often suffers from colic due to contraction of the gallbladder or stone displacement after a full meal, eating fatty food or during sleep when the position is changed, combined with vagal nerve excitation, the stone is embedded in the abdomen or neck of the gallbladder, the emptying of the gallbladder is obstructed, the pressure in the gallbladder rises, and the gallbladder contracts strongly. The pain is located in the right upper abdomen or epigastrium and is paroxysmal, or the pain may increase in paroxysms and may radiate to the right scapula and back, and may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting. (2) Vague pain in the upper abdomen Most patients only feel vague pain in the upper abdomen or right upper abdomen when they eat too much food, eat high-fat food, work under stress or have poor rest, or have fullness, belching, erratic, etc., which can be easily misdiagnosed as “stomach disease”. (3) Gallbladder effusion When gallbladder stones are embedded for a long time or obstruct the gallbladder duct but are not combined with infection, the gallbladder mucosa absorbs bile pigments from the bile. The mucus membrane of gallbladder absorbs bile pigments from bile and secretes mucus material, forming gallbladder effusion. The fluid is clear and colorless, also known as white bile. (4) Other ① small stones can enter the common bile duct through the cystic duct and become common bile duct stones; ② stones in the common bile duct are embedded in the jugular abdomen through the sphincter of Oddi and lead to pancreatitis, which is called biliary pancreatitis; ③ stones and long-term inflammatory stimulation can induce gallbladder cancer. 5.Diagnosis According to the clinical history of typical colic, imaging examination can confirm the diagnosis. Ultrasound examination is the first choice, and the diagnosis of gallbladder stones can be confirmed by the presence of a strong echogenic mass in the gallbladder, which moves with position change and is followed by an acoustic shadow; CT and MRI can also show gallbladder stones. CT and MRI can also show gallbladder stones, but they are not used as routine examination. Treatment (1) Lithotripsy therapy Chinese medicine treatment can change the internal environment of the body, eliminate the toxic substances that produce stones in the blood, remove the material basis for the production of stones, dissolve the larger stones, break them into smaller pieces and discharge them out of the body, after removing the endotoxins, the internal environment is purified, thus preventing the recurrence of stones. The main effect is to clear heat and detoxify, dredge the liver and bile, diuretic, laxative and stone discharge, etc. Commonly used Chinese herbs are: money grass, sea gold sand, stone reed, q storage, psyllium, etc. (2) Western medicine is mainly gallbladder removal treatment. 7, prevention (1) to pay attention to dietary regulation, dietary diversity. Cold, greasy, high protein, stimulating food and strong alcohol should be eaten sparingly. Vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, fish and seafood can help to clear the gallbladder and dissolve stones, so you can eat more of them. Avoid eating high fat in the evening and follow the healthy eating principles, i.e. eat well for breakfast, eat a full lunch and eat less for dinner. Do appropriate exercise after 30 minutes of dinner to promote peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract, reduce the accumulation of bile in the bile ducts, which is conducive to the digestion and absorption of food. (2) Life should be regular. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and often participate in physical activities to avoid gaining weight. (3) Maintain a relaxed mood and avoid anger injury to the liver and gallbladder.
