Causes of high triglycerides

High triglycerides are fundamentally caused by a single food and excessive use of fats and oils. For some underdeveloped areas, it is due to the sudden increase in fat intake by people who eat coarse grains all year round, which causes digestive dysfunction and excessive absorption, thus causing high triglycerides. The common causes of high triglycerides are mainly primary and secondary. Primary high triglycerides are caused by hereditary genetic defects, and it is difficult to identify the cause and effectively improve this symptom with the existing medical technology in China; while secondary high triglycerides are caused by high blood sugar, kidney disease, hypothyroidism and other diseases, and for some patients with cholecystitis and gallbladder removal. It may also cause high triglycerides, and individual people may also cause high cholesterol during pregnancy, which is caused by excessive nutritional intake during pregnancy. High triglycerides in the elderly are due to poor metabolic function, which causes a single gastrointestinal absorption, especially in the elderly, who are prone to cholecystitis, which adds to the high triglycerides. People with high triglycerides should adjust their diet appropriately, eat more fiber-rich foods, eat less high-calorie, high-carbohydrate meat and lipids, and especially should avoid fried foods. In short, high triglycerides are most affected by daily diet, followed by age factors, and daily exercise should be insisted on to improve the metabolic level of triglycerides.
