  Liver qi offending the lung is also known as wood and fire offending gold, which refers to a series of symptoms caused by emotional stagnation, qi stagnation turning into fire, burning lung yin, or evil heat accumulating in the liver meridian and offending the lung, resulting in loss of lung purification. According to Chinese medicine, liver qi offending the lung is mostly due to the incandescence of liver fire, which offends the lung and causes the lung to lose its purification, resulting in burning pain in the chest, irritability, bitterness and dryness of the mouth, coughing fits, even coughing up blood, red tongue with thin yellow coating, and stringiness of the pulse.  Warming Gall Bladder Soup: Patients with liver qi offending the lung due to recovery from cold, often with weakness of the spleen and stomach, dampness and heat in the middle, and dampness over heat, can take this soup.       Ingredients: 10g of Chen Pi, 15g of Sempervivum, 30g of Poria, 10g of Bamboo Ru, 10g of Huo Xiang, 15g of Atractylodes Macrocephalae, 12g of Hou Pu, 12g of Calamus, 20g of Coix Seed, 10g of Scutellaria, 6g of Licorice. If the epigastric fullness and stuffiness is reduced, and the thick greasy moss becomes thin, the front of Huo Xiang, Bamboo Ru, add 15g of each of Jiao Zha, Shen Qu, and 15g of Atractylodes Macrocephalae, followed by more than 10 doses to consolidate the effect. Methods: Chai Hu 10-15g, Baicalin 10-15g, Qing Pi 10g, Sang Bai Pi 10-30g, Almond 10g, Loquat leaf 10g, Fuxia 10-15g, Licorice 6g. 10g of Gardenia and 10g of Dampi are added for fire; 10-15g of Guadua are added for chest congestion; 10g of Yu Jin and 10-18g of Jiang Huang are added for chest pain; 10g of Chuan Bei Mu and 10g of Hai Fu Shi are added for sticky sputum and difficult to cough; For hemoptysis, add 10-15g of lotus root charcoal, change scutellaria to 10-20g of scutellaria charcoal; for dry throat, dry mouth and cough without reduction, add 10-20g of saxifrage, 10-15g of maitake, 10-20g of pollen; for itchy throat, add 5-10g of cicada, 5-10g of stiletto. add 600ml of water and decoct to 200ml; for second decoction, add 400ml of water and decoct to 200ml, mix the two decoctions.
