Neonatal hemolysis is an ABO blood group hemolysis, RH hemolytic disease caused by the mother and child’s blood group incompatibility. The specific treatment measures for neonatal hemolysis are directly related to the specific condition of the child and need to be attended to in a timely manner. If the baby has severe symptoms of hemolysis after birth, blood transfusion needs to be considered in the case of severe anemia. If the symptoms of respiratory distress are obvious, an artificial ventilator is needed for breathing. If the general treatment is not effective, the baby should be considered for blood exchange treatment. In the fetal stage, if the fetus is severely ischemic and hypoxic in the uterine cavity due to severe hemolysis, intrauterine blood transfusion therapy should be considered.
