1.Mass type: soft tissue mass in the gallbladder area with basic occlusion of the gallbladder cavity, often accompanied by direct invasion of adjacent organs; 2.Thick wall type: limited or diffuse irregular thickening of the gallbladder wall; 3.Intraluminal type: papillary tumor protruding from the gallbladder wall into the gallbladder cavity. Thick wall gallbladder cancer is a malignant lesion that easily penetrates the muscle layer to reach the plasma membrane layer and invades the fatty tissue in the gallbladder fossa and extends to the adjacent liver, such as the lower right anterior lobe of the liver (segment V)/left inner lobe (segment IV), resulting in blurred outline of the gallbladder or unclear demarcation with the liver. Chronic cholecystitis is a benign lesion with chronic inflammatory infiltration of the surrounding liver, which is limited in extent and appears as “immersion without connection”, and the liver-biliary interface is often present.
