  The first five items of the hepatitis B triple pair are the same as the hepatitis B two pairs of half, and the last two are HBcAb-IgG and HBcAb-IgM, which are mainly used to determine whether the infection is acute or has become chronic. If it is positive for IgM, it means that it is the acute infection period.
