How to prepare before doing counseling

  Confidence (I believe I have the ability to change the part of myself that needs to be changed); Courage (I have the courage to face the difficulties that may arise); Perseverance (I may be tempted to back out during the counseling process, but I can persevere with determination); Ability to bear the pain (During the counseling and treatment process, some are habitual, some are unfamiliar, some are I am willing to fight with it and face the pain caused by behavioral aspects, etc.) (It is not easy for anyone to change me, unless I am willing to change myself, and I am willing to make changes and be prepared to bear the consequences).  1. The counselor himself or herself should have the desire for psychological counseling. This will help to face the psychological problems, to provide the true and clear picture of the situation, and to open up the heart and confide in it in a moderate manner, which is therapeutic. If the counselor is brought by friends and relatives for passive counseling, the effect will be affected.  2. Establish a good interactive relationship. It will make them reflect seriously from the setbacks, summarize the lessons learned, enhance the wisdom of life, and use the existing conditions to give full play to their abilities to realize their self-worth.
