Stasis dysmenorrhea is one of the symptoms of pelvic stasis syndrome. Pelvic stasis syndrome (also known as pelvic stasis) is a specific condition caused by chronic pelvic venous stasis and is one of the main causes of chronic pelvic pain in gynecology, mostly seen in menstruating women aged 30-50. I. Basic examination 1. Vaginal ultrasound is helpful to diagnose this disease. 2.Pelvic venography can clearly and dynamically show the image of pelvic varicose veins and objectively prove the existence of pelvic venous stasis. Further examination Laparoscopy can show enlarged uterus with purple-blue surface or uterine surface in the shape of “flower spot”, cystic enlarged edema of one or both ovaries, varicose ovarian veins, tortuous and nudging blood vessels in the broad ligament, forming phleboma-like or earthworm-like. Diagnostic points 1. Patients with or partially with the above clinical manifestations, especially those with lower abdominal or pelvic swelling that is not consistent with the physical signs. 2, pelvic venography with varicose veins can confirm the diagnosis. 3.Suspicious cases can be further examined by laparoscopy.
