Toon in the nitrite content is limited, itself is not poisonous, eat toon “poisoning” belongs to the sensitive body. Toon shoots contain nitrite, a large number of consumption of non-blanched toon, may be poisoned. Once diagnosed or suspected nitrite poisoning, should immediately take emetic, gastric lavage and other first aid measures to quickly remove the poison, retained food or vomit for examination.
1. Emetic: When the patient is awake, mechanical stimulation can be used to induce vomiting, using fingers, chopsticks and other objects to stimulate the throat and the root of the tongue, there will be a vomiting reaction to induce vomiting effect.
2. Gastric lavage: the stomach can be washed with saline or water by inserting a gastric tube; and mannitol injection can be used to induce diarrhea.
3. Symptomatic treatment: Apply special antidote 1% methylene blue 1～2mg/kg to start the antidote from a small dose. Can also give a large dose of vitamin C 2 ~ 4g direct reduction of methemoglobin; strengthen the comprehensive treatment, if there is shock, respiratory failure, infection, etc. should be corrected in a timely manner, to maintain the water, electrolyte and acid-base balance and blood pressure stabilization.
