Is homosexuality natural?

Is homosexuality determined by genes or by environment?
The question of whether or not homosexuality is innate has been the subject of extremely heated debate over the causes of sexual orientation.
Some homosexuals are genetically predisposed and genetically influenced, and are born homosexual; others are not born homosexual, but are influenced by life circumstances and social factors, and gradually develop homosexuality in their acquired environment.
However, sexual orientation of either genesis is a natural attribute, just like our skin color, and not a disease.
Regarding people born homosexual.
Currently, scientists have identified four genes as “homosexual genes”: the Xq28 gene, the FucM gene, the Wnt-4 gene, and the Sphinx gene. The specific expression of these genes can influence the sexual orientation of a person, and also proves that homosexual orientation is innate, not a so-called “pathology”, and does not require “correction”.
Even though some people who are born gay may experience a few periods of heterosexuality at first, they will eventually find themselves attracted to the same sex. This actually has something to do with the social environment.
The mainstream society keeps teaching them that heterosexuality is the “right” and “normal” thing to do, which leads some born homosexuals to have doubts about themselves, fear the different looks of others, and fear “gossip”. This leads some born homosexuals to doubt themselves, to fear the negative judgment of others, and to fear “gossip,” and to use the standards of others to force themselves and convince themselves to become heterosexual.
Regarding acquired homosexuals.
Instead of being born homosexual, there are actually many opportunities to change from heterosexual orientation to homosexual orientation. Such as a complicated family environment, parental misguidance, serious psychological shadows about heterosexuality, gradual indifference or even aversion to heterosexuality, and the influence of guidance from people around them, then there is a possibility of changing sexual orientation and becoming bisexual or homosexual.
In fact, no matter what sexual orientation you have, whether you are born with it or not, you should not discriminate against non-heterosexuals who are in the minority just because heterosexuals are in the majority, and you should not consider homosexuality as a mental illness.
The pursuit of happiness is the right of every person, for love and individual needs of their own, there is no and should not be the so-called orientation of the difference, can be brave, face the real self, to pursue the life and love you want.
