Teenage girls with menstrual cramps will be better when they grow up?

Some time ago, a 19-year-old patient called Xiao Qian was admitted to the gynecology ward. She was a very good-looking student, but what was the reason for her admission to the gynecology ward? It turns out that Xiao Qian has been suffering from menstrual cramps for a long time. At the beginning of the period, there was only a vague feeling of swelling in the lower abdomen, which took only half a day to pass; later, the pain became more and more severe and lasted longer; when the period came, you needed to use a hot towel on your stomach to slowly relieve it. But the last year, this pain has become very strong, often painful Xiaoxian pale, rolling in bed, and headaches, weakness, and even nausea and vomiting …… once a month period, simply became her nightmare. The company’s main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to its customers. The painful appearance of the daughter’s menstruation, the mother in the eyes, pain in the heart, but do not know what to do, hot compresses have not worked, take painkillers, but afraid that there will be side effects, forming a dependence on …… and think, they say that the girl’s menstrual pain is only temporary, after marriage and childbirth will be good, there is always a fluke mentality, hope that Xiaoqian I hope Xiaoqian can survive a few more years and grow up to be able to get better. Recently, Xiaoqian’s dysmenorrhea situation still has not improved. The mother finally couldn’t help but bring her over to seek medical help. After a detailed examination, we found that Xiaoqian has a stumpy uterus, the lining inside cannot be discharged and accumulates in the cavity to induce uterine contraction resulting in dysmenorrhea. After our surgical treatment, Xiao Qian’s dysmenorrhea symptoms have improved significantly and she is now back to her normal life and arranged to study in school. Her mother doesn’t have to worry about the pain either. Through Siu Sin’s example, we can see that dysmenorrhea in teenage girls does not always get better when they grow up! Regular menstruation is one of the signs that a woman is healthy and mature, but some women will have varying degrees of pain simply because everyone has a different pain threshold, some have more pronounced symptoms and others just have some mild pain. Because some people experience relief from menstrual pain after childbirth, folk often think that teenage girls can just tolerate menstrual pain and grow up. But such thinking often delays the diagnosis of the disease, because dysmenorrhea is not that simple. There are two types of dysmenorrhea: primary dysmenorrhea if there is no organic lesion, and secondary dysmenorrhea if there is an organic lesion. These organic lesions include endometriosis, adenomyosis, cervical stenosis, uterine malformation, hymenal atresia, vaginal transverse septum, etc. The previously mentioned Siu Sin is a secondary dysmenorrhea. However, there are also some cases where the lesion is not found temporarily and is still in the early stage of the disease. In addition, with the development of medicine, many lesions that were not detected can now be found. Therefore, for young women with dysmenorrhea, they should not think that “it will get better when they grow up”, but should go to a regular hospital as early as possible to diagnose the disease at an early stage for the best treatment effect. Otherwise, if these diseases remain untreated for a long time, serious consequences may occur, causing irreversible damage to the body and even affecting fertility and causing infertility. If indeed no organic lesions are found, one should also pay attention to menstrual hygiene, avoid strenuous exercise and excessive cold stimulation, strengthen physical exercise in general; avoid unclean sex, pay attention to contraception, avoid uterine operations such as abortion, as well as taking some painkillers appropriately, most of which may be alleviated or even relieved.
