How is fantasy loss of time and space sensation diagnosed?

Illusions of loss of time and space sensation are mostly seen in cases of opioid intoxication. Such drugs include opioids, morphine, cocaine, compound camphor tincture and poppy base, with morphine as the representative (opioids contain 10% morphine). Morphine is mostly metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys within 24 hours, with only trace amounts in the urine after 48 hours. The effect of morphine on the central nervous system is excitation first, then inhibition, mainly inhibition, first inhibit the higher centers of the cerebral cortex, then affect the delayed brain, inhibit the respiratory center and excite the euphoric chemoreceptor area. Diagnosis of fantasy loss of time and space sensation: 1. History of overdose opioid application. 2. Clinical manifestations: headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, excitement or inhibition in mild intoxication. In severe poisoning, coma, pupil narrowing like the size of a pinpoint and difficulty in breathing appear. Chronic poisoning mainly manifests as loss of appetite, constipation, emaciation, aging and sexual dysfunction. 3. Urine and stomach contents are detected with the presence of opioids.
