Syphilis one shot, one shot really works?

I often see small advertisements for “syphilis a shot” posted on roadside poles, and there are patients online who ask if “syphilis a shot” is credible. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a couple of hours of work. The actual syphilis is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases caused by the pale spirochete. If not treated in time, it can form a chronic systemic infection that can invade various organs of the body, including the heart, brain and nervous system, etc. The damage can last a lifetime and seriously endanger health. Pregnant women infected with syphilis can transmit the disease to the fetus through the placenta, which can cause stillbirth, stillbirth, premature birth or congenital syphilis, so syphilis is a more serious sexually transmitted disease. These “cowhide” small ads on a needle spirit, and not sure what injection is used, but the treatment of syphilis in the medical now has a very mature treatment program, and is not complicated. The most effective drug for treating syphilis is penicillin. The first choice is long-acting cillin (benzathine penicillin), once a week, each time the left and right buttocks each intramuscular injection of 1.2 million units, a total of three times. 21 days of continuous treatment, without interruption in between. In case of penicillin allergy, doxycycline can be given orally twice a day at 100 mg for 15 days. For patients with advanced syphilis, if they have never been treated before, they need to do some preparatory treatment first. Otherwise, the syphilis pathogen components killed by large doses of antibiotics are released into the patient’s blood at once, which can cause fever, generalized joint and muscle pain, and even reactions at the heart and brain syphilis, so treatment should be done carefully to avoid danger. For patients with early syphilis, sometimes the above reactions also occur after the initial treatment, but they all subside within 24 hours. Patients with syphilis should still visit the hospital regularly for follow-up after timely and adequate drug treatment. Generally, you should go to the hospital every 3 months to check the blood, and after a year every 6 months to follow up a total of 2 to 3 years to determine whether syphilis is cured by dynamic changes in the syphilis serologic test. Usually, syphilis turns negative after one year of treatment, and syphilis turns negative after two years. This shows that the “syphilis one shot” is not reliable. The so-called one shot spirit, if you are lucky to meet the “conscience” clinic, will remove the label of the medicine, the actual penicillin injection, that is still a little bit of work, if bad luck, then what the consequences are really hard to say. If you’re a husband and wife or one of your sexual partners has syphilis, the other one must go to the hospital for examination, do not get in the way of face and go to an unlicensed clinic, not only spend more money, more importantly, delay the disease, delaying treatment. In addition, during the treatment period, sexual intercourse should be prohibited. To emphasize, a person can be repeatedly infected many times as long as they are exposed to the syphilis pathogen.
