First of all, I would like to say that looking at the computer will not cause other eye diseases that lead to vision loss, except for the increase in myopia in some myopic patients. Because of the distance from the computer screen, prolonged computer viewing can lead to an increase in myopia in some myopic patients.  Many people worry that computer screens have radiation that can cause eye problems and vision loss. So far, it has not been found that the level of radiation from the computer screen can cause vision loss in the eyes, not to mention that the computer screen is now more and more fine, the radiation level is very low, computer manufacturers and doctors can not leave the computer every day, if these two types of people do not touch the computer, that is to say, the computer is really not very safe.  It will not cause vision loss, but looking at a computer can cause dry eyes, astringent eyes, and uncomfortable looking at things. When people look at the computer, the frequency of transient movements is reduced, the tears on the eye surface are more likely to evaporate, and there will be a cumulative effect over time, the tear film on the eye surface is getting thinner and thinner, and eventually the tear film does not cover the eye well, and this time there will be dry eyes and astringent eyes, and a little rest with the eyes closed will ease the symptoms.  The most effective way to solve such problems: 1, in addition to work, as far as possible to reduce the time to look at the computer and cell phone screen; 2, to ensure sufficient sleep, can not stay up late; 3, often participate in physical exercise, especially some can sweat exercise; 4, in the spirit of relaxation, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.  5, really dry unbearable, you can drop some artificial tears to temporarily relieve the symptoms, drops of medicine after the hot compress with a warm towel can improve the effect.
