Gallbladder stones need to be treated early

If the concentration is too high, some of them will form crystals, which will then grow further and become clumps and stay or block the bile system, affecting the flow of bile and forming stones. Many patients without symptoms of gallstones think “I don’t feel anything, that is, no pain and no itch, there is no need to treat”, even if they have symptoms, they often “rush to the doctor when they are in pain”, and “forget the pain after they are in pain. Even patients with symptoms tend to “rush to the doctor when they are in pain” and “forget the pain after the pain”. So, what are the dangers of untreated gallbladder stones? Firstly, gallstones can cause biliary colic. During the interval without symptoms, the stones float in the gallbladder, and in this case, the patient does not feel anything. Once the stone is embedded, the bile in the gallbladder does not flow out, causing the pressure in the gallbladder to rise and the gallbladder to swell, and the gallbladder has to contract more in order to discharge its bile. The rapid expansion and contraction of the gallbladder in a short period of time produces severe colic. This kind of colic is often persistent paroxysmal aggravation, serious cases appear shock or even life-threatening. Second, gallstones can cause cancer if they irritate the bile duct wall or gallbladder wall for a long time. Patients with gallbladder stones have chronic inflammation of the gallbladder, and long-term stimulation makes the gallbladder lose its contraction function, and a few of them can become cancerous. Thirdly, it can cause various kinds of biliary inflammation. Gallstones leading to cholecystitis may be well known. In addition, some small stones fall into the common bile duct and discharge into the duodenum, and each time they fall into the common bile duct, they can damage the hepatopancreatic sphincter at the end of the common bile duct, and repeatedly cause narrowing of the end of the common bile duct, secondary to common bile duct stones and biliary pancreatitis. Some large stones can become embedded and compress the gallbladder and its adjacent organs to form biliary fistula, such as gallbladder duodenal fistula, gallbladder transverse colon fistula and gallbladder common bile duct fistula. Therefore, if you have gallbladder stones, you should treat them early and don’t take any chances.
