Reduce excessive expectations to avoid depression

  People in life always hope to achieve their expected purpose through hard work, and there will be different endings according to individual psychological quality, education level and objective conditions. If the goal is realistic, it will inspire a strong work force, and through personal efforts to achieve the goal, then not only the individual gains psychological satisfaction, but also enhances self-confidence. If only individuals subjectively believe that the probability of reaching the goal is high, ignoring the objective necessary conditions, expectations fall short will lose self-confidence, will lose the inner motivation, resulting in life, work negative, full of disappointment.  If there is no expectation of life and work, the same lack of interest in life, lack of passion for work, the whole day bored more undesirable. Appropriately high expectations will stimulate our potential, will double our unremitting efforts, a good ending will bring us higher honor and greater happiness. The size of expectations determines the extent of our efforts, unremitting efforts are dependent on our strong will quality to overcome the difficulties to complete, and strong will quality is in the long-term life, work to hone out, never overnight.  Without strong quality of will, in the face of high expectations we will only be frustrated by repeated setbacks, distressed by repeated failures, and depressed by long-term depression.
