What are the symptoms of the hard noma?

The initial manifestation of the hard chancre is a small erythematous spot on the external genitalia, followed by a round or oval painless inflammatory papule, which may continue to develop into a hard nodule with surface necrosis forming an ulcer.
The hard chancre is a characteristic clinical symptom of stage 1 syphilis. The chancre tends to appear on the external genitalia, most commonly on the penis, glans, prepuce and tether in males, and on the labia, perineum and cervix in females.
The initial manifestation of the noma is a small erythematous spot on the external genitalia, which may rapidly develop into a painless inflammatory papule and may continue to develop into a hard nodule, which may become necrotic on the surface and form a painless, round or oval ulcer 1-2 cm in diameter, with clear borders and peripheral oedema and elevation.
Patients with noma may also have enlarged lymph nodes, mostly in the groin and in the affected area. As the disease progresses, patients may also experience muscle aches and pains, joint swelling and fever.
Once the chancre has developed, patients should seek prompt medical attention and actively cooperate with doctors to take treatment measures.
