With the increase in the number of surgeries, we found that some patients with gallstones have good gallbladder function and the patients have the desire for biliary stone extraction, so we started laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic biliary stone extraction surgery in 2009. At present, we are performing “small incision transcholangioscopic biliary stone extraction”, “laparoscopic assisted transcholangioscopic biliary stone extraction” and “laparoscopic combined with cholangioscopic biliary stone extraction” to avoid removing the gallbladder and to preserve a functional gallbladder as much as possible for gallbladder stone patients. recurrence. For patients with gallstones treated conservatively, we have achieved satisfactory clinical results by using the method of draining the liver and gallbladder, clearing heat and dampness, moving Qi and relieving pain, and combining with Western medicine.
