What is the relationship between psychological cognition and imaging in bipolar disorder?

  Psychocognitive and imaging study of bipolar disorder Purpose of this study: To examine the structural and functional brain alterations in patients with bipolar disorder, combine them with psychocognitive and clinical symptom ratings, and explore their guiding significance for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognostic judgment of bipolar disorder.     Study Content and Procedure You will participate in: 1. Clinical assessment: A psychiatrist will assess current symptom presentation using clinical scales for a total of 10 minutes. 2. Psychological testing: Assessment of attention, executive function (thinking), and resistance to interference for a total of 1 hour. 3. MRI scan: A total of 25 minutes. MRI is non-invasive and radiation-free, and we specifically provide brain function tests to help you understand the intensity of brain activity, the Which brain areas have abnormalities and other information. If you are currently in an emotional episode, we will follow you for 3 months (1 phone or face-to-face interview/4 weeks, face-to-face at the end of 3 months), and you will have the same examination again when you are in remission. This study does not interfere with current treatment and no pharmacological intervention is planned.
