Mental health is an inseparable and important aspect of modern human health, then, mental health standards, specifically from five aspects to measure 1, self-knowledge: should be able to objectively and comprehensively understand and accept themselves, have a sense of psychological security; 2, independence: should have the basic independent living and learning ability, able to solve some of the problems encountered in daily life; 3, emotional: requires a basic emotional 4. Interpersonal communication: they should be able to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships and gain psychological satisfaction in social interactions; 5. Environmental adaptation: they should be able to accept reality, bear setbacks, and take reasonable measures to cope with difficulties. In addition, psychological health includes self-harmony and social harmony. Mental health is not a static indicator, but a dynamic process of change. Mental health standards are not disease diagnostic standards and should be suitable for the general public.
