Kawasaki disease, also known as cutaneous mucosal lymph node syndrome, is an acute self-limiting vasculitic disease that occurs in children. The disease occurs in children and mainly affects the large and medium-sized arteries throughout the body. Its complications are mainly coronary artery dilation, coronary artery aneurysm, which eventually leads to coronary artery stenosis, myocardial infarction and even sudden death. Symptoms are as follows: 1. Fever lasting more than 5 days, antibiotic treatment is ineffective, body temperature 39~40℃ and above, with retention fever or flaccid fever, lasting 7~14 days. 2, bilateral non-exudative conjunctivitis, no purulent discharge. 3.Mouth and lips are congested and chapped, oral mucosa is diffusely congested, and tongue papillae are obviously strawberry tongue. 4.Erythema of palmoplantar and finger and toe ends, hard edema of hands and feet, membranous peeling of finger and toe ends from the junction of nail and skin during the recovery period, transverse grooves of finger and toe nails, and in severe cases, nails and toe nails may also fall off. 5, polymorphic rash, may be diffuse erythema, centripetal distribution. The skin around the anus is red and peeling, and the infant BCG vaccination site may be congested and crusted. 6. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, unilateral or bilateral, with a diameter of 1.5 cm or more, often transient, hard and non-purulent. 7.Other: children with irritability, irritability, a few have aseptic meningitis manifestations such as neck tonicity, convulsions, coma; abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, paralytic intestinal obstruction, hepatomegaly, jaundice, elevated serum transaminases and other digestive system symptoms; or cough, arthralgia, arthritis; cardiovascular system may have pericarditis, myocarditis, endocarditis, arrhythmia, or even myocardial infarction.
