What is adenocystitis?

  Adenocystitis is a specific chronic inflammatory disease of the bladder.  The main pathogenic triggers: bladder outlet obstruction, chronic inflammation of the bladder, neurogenic bladder and bladder stones, among others. The main nature of the lesion is a rare mucosal epithelial reactive hyperplastic lesion. The symptoms are not specific, that is, the disease can have a variety of symptoms, such as dyspareunia, painful urination, dark urine, hematuria of the naked eye, and even urinary frequency and urgency.  Its diagnosis is made by: cystoscopic biopsy to obtain pathological diagnosis The main treatment options are: 1. Remove the causative factors, contacting obstruction, stones and other related triggers.  2, Use laser vapor excision or electrodesiccation for the lesioned tissue. For multiple and extensive lesions, even bladder perfusion treatment is required, and the general perfusion method is the same as bladder cancer.  The disease needs close follow-up after surgery, and the main items of its follow-up are: 1. cystoscopy.  2.Urinary routine.
