Staging of disease: Acute stage and chronic stage. 1.Acute stage: The onset of the disease is often after eating greasy food, with severe colic in the right upper abdomen, worsened by paroxysms, and the pain often spreads to the back of the right shoulder, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and in severe cases, malignant chills and fever, pressure pain and muscle tension in the right upper abdomen, positive Murphy’s sign, and an enlarged gallbladder can often be palpated in the right upper abdomen, with ultrasound suggesting gallbladder stones. 2. Chronic phase: Most patients have a history of acute attacks, followed by gastrointestinal symptoms such as anorexia, bloating, belching, etc. Sometimes there is vague pain in the right quarter rib area and lower back, and there is light pressure and discomfort in the gallbladder area in the right upper abdomen, and ultrasound indicates gallbladder stones.
