Middle plasma disease can be cured quickly by laser photocoagulation, micropulse laser therapy, and photodynamic therapy. Fundus angiography is performed in a timely manner for patients with middle plasma, and the location of the leakage point is clarified based on the results of the angiography. If the leakage point is far away from the macular center, laser photocoagulation can be used to directly close the leakage point. If the leak is close to the center of the macula, micropulse laser therapy or photodynamic therapy can be used to close the leak. Through laser treatment, the absorption of subretinal fluid can be rapidly promoted, shortening the course of the patient’s disease. Therefore, it is recommended that patients can go to the hospital for a detailed examination and follow the doctor’s instructions according to the examination results.
