How to treat mid-pulp?

Some male patients aged 20-40 years old suddenly presented with vision loss and a sensation of obscuration in front of the eyes due to work stress, staying up late and other triggers. The diagnosis of central plasmacytic exudative lesion was confirmed by OCT examination, which found plasmacytic neuroepithelial detachment in macular area, and FFA examination, which found ink-like and chimney-like fluorescein leakage from the paramacular vessels. For patients with central pulp, the disease can be cured by resting partly in the early stage, and the course of the disease can be shortened by using drugs. If the OCT plasma detachment does not improve after taking medication for a period of time, we can consider laser closure of the leaky point in the fundus.
