1.Start eating liquid food the day before surgery, and you can eat a small amount of liquid food at noon on the day of surgery. 2.After lunch (about 13:00) on the day of surgery, start a cleansing enema. 3.Prepare a box of condoms (for ultrasound probe) before the surgery and pre-borrow a wheelchair to use after the puncture. 4.The accompanying supervising physician carries the medical record and prepares the pathology checklist, the medication change bowl and iodophor disinfectant solution. 5. The location of the puncture is located in the ultrasound examination room on the first floor of the outpatient building, in contact with Dr. Yang Yongsheng. 6.Patients and family members read and sign the consent form for puncture (prepared in the ultrasound room) before puncture. 7.There may be local discomfort during the puncture, instruct the patient to breathe deeply and try to relax. 8.After the puncture, the family will send the puncture specimen together with the pathology checklist to the pathology department. 9.Common postoperative complications include hematuria, bloody stool and fever, which require antibiotic infusion for 3 days after returning to the ward. 10.The results of the puncture usually take 5-7 days to return.
