What should I do if I have gallbladder stones?

Recently, our department performed minimally invasive surgery for two elderly patients with gallstone disease, and the surgical results were good. The patient was diagnosed with acute cholecystitis and multiple gallbladder stones. The patient was in good health and had no significant abnormalities in cardiopulmonary function. The patient was discharged from the hospital on the 5th postoperative day with satisfactory results. The patient was admitted to the hospital on 2011-04-01 under local anesthesia with the diagnosis of choledocholithiasis and gallbladder stones with cholecystitis. The choledocholithiasis was successfully removed. The patient was discharged from the hospital on the 5th day after surgery. In conclusion: gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones are common diseases in China, and the only cure is surgery. The procedure can be completed under local anesthesia with satisfactory results.
