Indications for surgery: Diagnosis of gallbladder stones by ultrasound or other imaging examinations; patients with clinical symptoms; gallbladder visualization and good function by Te99ECT or oral cholecystography; although Te99ECT or oral cholecystography does not visualize the gallbladder, but the stones can be removed intraoperatively. 2. Contraindications to surgery: atrophy of the gallbladder; thickening of the gallbladder wall; disappearance of the gallbladder cavity; stones in the gallbladder duct that cannot be removed and are expected to remain unremoved after surgery. Intraoperative imaging confirmed obstruction of the gallbladder duct. Intraoperative ultrasound or imaging of stones in the cystic duct that cannot be detected by intraoperative cholangioscopy; combined with common bile duct stones.
