How to be a good patient

For many people there is nothing to know about how to be a good patient. But to be a good patient in the eyes of a doctor, then you will get an early and accurate diagnosis of the disease, determine a good treatment plan and avoid all kinds of complications and adverse reactions from the doctor! So what do we need to do to be a good patient? First of all, before we go to the hospital, we should think about where I am not feeling well, what are the symptoms, how long has it been, what tests have been done, what medicines have been taken and how effective they are. If the time span is long, you can use paper to write down so as not to miss, while you can see the doctor directly to see more time. Secondly, when you go to the hospital, please be humble to each other. If you are not acutely ill, waiting for a while will not affect your condition. This can create a good mood environment for everyone, the disease is not seen first three points! Again, when communicating with the doctor, if there are problems that are not clearly heard to confirm with the doctor to avoid the wrong direction of diagnosis! At the same time, if there are any omissions in the medical history, you can inform the doctor in time. You should also inform your doctor of any previous illnesses you have had, as some discomfort may be related to previous illnesses. Finally, when the doctor makes a clear diagnosis and prescribes medication, you need to tell the doctor what medication you are allergic to in order to avoid allergic reactions. If you don’t know anything about the disease, you can ask the doctor about your own follow-up precautions! If you do the above points, you may be able to go to the hospital to become comfortable, and the disease can also be faster to improve! I wish all patients a speedy recovery! Good health!
