What should I look for in dietary care for osteomalacia?

  Osteomalacia or osteosclerosis fragilis. It is a rare congenital disorder with abnormal development of bone structures throughout the body, with the skull as one of the preferred sites. The bone is extremely dense and loses its original structure, as if it were marble. However, the brittleness of the bone increases and fractures are likely to occur. It can also be associated with anemia, eye atrophy and deafness.  The disease is slightly more common in males than in females, and it is generally believed that the majority of patients have lesions that begin before they present. According to the clinical manifestations, it is divided into malignant (early childhood type) and benign (adult type), and the former is often stillborn or dies from anemia after birth, with poor prognosis. So, what should we pay attention to in the dietary care of osteomalacia?  The diet of patients with osteomalacia should be avoided. 1, eat more vegetables to supplement vitamins; 2, should not eat stimulating food, such as spicy oil, mustard, chili, etc.; 3, avoid eating cold food, greasy food is appropriate.
