How to give first aid for arsenous acidosis

The main component of arsenous acid is arsenic trioxide, commonly known as arsenic, which is very toxic. If it is accidentally taken orally, you should immediately give vomiting, gastric lavage, and diarrhea to get rid of the poison out of your body as soon as possible. If the poisoning is serious and coma, shock, blood pressure drop, or even respiratory depression and respiratory distress occur, you should immediately apply for hemodialysis to detoxify the body while stabilizing the vital signs. Then, symptomatic supportive treatment should be given as the main treatment, and the condition should be closely observed. If respiratory and cardiac arrest occurs, cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be given immediately, as well as the application of resuscitation drugs such as epinephrine to rescue the patient. If there is shock and blood pressure is always low, while replenishing blood volume, glucocorticoid anti-inflammatory hormone can be applied, and dopamine, norepinephrine and other antihypertensive drugs should be applied to control blood pressure.
