Clinical manifestations of lactic acidosis

After lactic acidosis, there are the following clinical manifestations: 1. Patients may have difficulty breathing and their breathing becomes fast and deep. Patients may also experience flushing, decreased blood pressure, blurred consciousness, coma, and shock. 2. After lactic acidosis, patients often experience peripheral vasodilation, decreased blood pressure, slower heart rate, and arrhythmia due to decreased vascular sensitivity to catecholamines. 3. After lactic acidosis, patients may experience damage to the kidneys and other areas. This is mainly caused by insufficient blood perfusion to the kidneys, and often results in acute renal failure such as oliguria, anuria, and proteinuria, which should be rescued in a timely manner.4. After lactic acid neutropenia, there will be corresponding damage manifested in the following aspects of muscle collection. Patients will have increased muscle excitability in the early stage, and will have symptoms such as whole body tremor and muscle spasm. In the late stage, there will be muscle paralysis and disappearance of tendon reflexes.
