Early gastroscopic manifestation of esophageal cancer is more important and is an important link to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment of esophageal cancer. Under normal condition, the esophageal mucosa is glossy, red and it is a glossy and neat esophageal mucosa. If early esophageal cancer changes occur, its manifestations are as follows: 1) color change, localized more red than before; 2) normal esophagus is shiny and neat, but if early esophageal cancer changes occur, it will no longer be flat, concave or convex, with unevenness, and it is different from other surrounding esophageal mucosa; 3) under normal condition, there are more capillaries in esophagus, and the pattern is shiny and neat and regular; if cancer occurs, the pattern of blood vessels will be disturbed. In case of cancer, the blood vessel pattern will be disordered, thickened and increased. According to these three conditions, the esophagus can be identified as having abnormalities or early manifestations of cancer.
