For menopause with dripping menstruation, progesterone injection 20mg, once a day, intramuscularly, for 3 days, stop the drug and wait for menstruation. If menstruation does not last more than 10 days, it indicates that there is no endometrial lesion. After menstruation, progesterone is given regularly to withdraw blood to protect the endometrium. If the duration of menstruation is longer than 10 days after stopping the drug, it indicates that there is a lesion in the endometrium, then further hysteroscopy plus scraping is needed, and pathological tests will be sent to determine the next step of treatment when the pathological results are returned.
