Chronic Coma

Family members make their own initial judgment and assessment, including: 1) sound source localization: the ability to turn the eyes in the direction of the sound; 2) target tracking: staring at or tracking the target in front of the eyes; 3) nociceptive localization: when the pain stimulates a certain part of the body, the use of the limb to push away from the source of the stimulus or at least have a tendency to move in that direction. The number of occurrences of the above phenomena is >50% of the total number of tests. Patients who meet at least 1 of the above criteria may be suitable for surgical treatment. Consultation and further evaluation or treatment are available at our hospital.
