How to self-test for depression?

  There are 31 groups of items below, each group has 4 statements and the Arabic number marked before each sentence is the rating score. You can circle the number in front of the sentence that best fits your situation according to how you feel throughout the week. After all 31 groups were completed, the total score was obtained by adding the circled scores of each group.
