What should I do if a coronary hemangioma occurs in my child with Kawasaki disease?

Only a small number of coronary aneurysms will disappear on their own. 1.For patients with single coronary aneurysm, aspirin should be taken for a long time until the aneurysm disappears. 2.For patients with multiple or large coronary aneurysms, they should take oral aspirin and pentoxifylline for a long time. 3.Children with large aneurysms are prone to thrombosis, coronary artery stenosis or occlusion, so they need to take additional warfarin and monitor clotting time. These children cannot participate in sports and limit their activities appropriately. 4. Regular heart-related examinations. For children with myocardial infarction and thrombosis, thrombolytic therapy is required.
