What is drug-related liver disease?

  Toxic effects caused by drugs and metabolites or allergic reactions of the body to drugs, causing damage to the liver, are called drug-related liver injury or drug-related liver disease. With the continuous innovation and increase of drugs, the clinical cases of drug-related liver disease are also increasing, accounting for 10-15% of all drug reactions.  At present, there are mainly Danan and Maria diagnostic criteria for drug-induced liver disease. danan has a stronger discriminatory ability and the evaluation results are closer to clinical judgment.
