The clinical manifestations of gallbladder cancer lack specificity, and its early signs are often concealed by gallstone disease and its complications. Except for the first attack of acute cholecystitis, it is difficult to make early clinical diagnosis based on clinical manifestations, and according to statistics, the preoperative diagnosis rate is 29.6%, and most of them are at advanced stage. Therefore, in order to achieve early diagnosis of asymptomatic patients, it is necessary to closely follow up high-risk groups, such as patients with static gallbladder stones, gallbladder polyps, adenomyosis of gallbladder, etc., and actively treat them if necessary to prevent gallbladder cancer. In recent years, with the development of imaging diagnosis technology, there is a tendency to increase the number of early diagnosis cases of gallbladder cancer. Any patient with one of the following manifestations should be considered as having the possibility of gallbladder cancer: 1. Female patients over 40 years old with history of chronic cholecystitis or gallbladder stones and recurrent symptoms 2.Jaundice, loss of appetite, general weakness, weight loss, and masses palpated in the right upper abdomen. 3.Pain in the right upper abdomen or heart fossa, and the treatment of general liver and stomach disorders is ineffective. 4.Digestive disorders, such as nausea, vomiting, anorexia, anorexia of oil, dilute stools, etc., the general symptomatic treatment is ineffective.
