The tongue is dull, with thin white coating and astringent pulse. Western medicine diagnosed as scleroderma zoster. The evidence belongs to wind-dampness fighting in the skin, paralysis of the veins and veins, and paralysis of the head. Treatment is to remove blood stasis, open the channels and dispel wind-dampness. This formula is based on the formula of Tongkang and Blood circulation Tang. After 60 doses, the skin lesions improved significantly and the depressions of the skin lesions subsided slightly. Because of the high price of musk, 9g of Angelica dahurica and 6g of Shi Cao Pu were used instead of musk, and the skin lesions basically returned to normal after taking Chinese medicine for 5 months. 3. patchy scleroderma: Sun X, female, 32 years old, cadre, was seen on June 5, 1992. l and a half years ago, a light red patch of about 3 cm in diameter appeared on the patient’s abdomen, slightly higher than the skin surface, a doctor treated it as “inflammation” with little effect, and the lesion continued to expand, followed by hardening of the affected skin. Current symptoms: There is a sclerotic skin area of about 4.5cm x 6cm on the abdomen, dark brown, dry surface, hard as leather when touched, no sweat secretion in the lesion area. The skin pathology examination showed that it was consistent with scleroderma. The tongue was light with petechiae, thin white coating, and sunken pulse. The diagnosis of Western medicine is patchy scleroderma. The evidence belongs to cold and dampness fighting against skin, meridian paralysis, stasis in the abdomen. The treatment is to invigorate blood circulation, resolve blood stasis, disperse cold and remove dampness.
