  When sleeping, try not to pillow, and in the neck and waist pad a small thin pillow, in order to maintain the normal physiological curvature of the spine; avoid sleeping on a soft bed, to sleep on a hard bed; as far as possible supine, do not side and curl the legs to sleep.  According to the condition, strengthen chest expansion exercises and activities of the neck, waist, back and both hip joints, but avoid strenuous exercises and falls.  Pay attention to keep warm, avoid cold, moisture, strain, mental trauma and malnutrition.  Take and stop the medication under the guidance of the doctor, and review the relevant indexes regularly.
