    Basic treatment
   
1. Solid evidence
    Treatment Move Qi and disperse cold, promote menstruation and relieve pain. The main points are the foot Taiyin meridian and the Ren meridian.
    Main points: Sanyinjiao, Intermediate, Secondary s.
    Matching points For cold condensation, add Guilai and Diji.
    For Qi stagnation, add Tai Chong.
    For abdominal distension, add Tianshu and Qihai.
    For rib pain, add Yanglingquan and Guangming.
    For chest tightness, add Neiguan.
    Operation: Milli-needle diarrhea, moxibustion if the cold is severe.

    For deficiency of liver and kidney, add Tai Xi, Liver Yu and Kidney Yu.
    For dizziness and tinnitus, add Hanging Bell.

 A woman with normal development who is over 18 years old and still does not have menstruation, or who has developed a menstrual cycle but has interrupted it for more than 3 months, is called “amenorrhea”. Modern medicine refers to the former as primary amenorrhea and the latter as secondary amenorrhea.
       Various causes such as deficiency of endowment, multiple births and abortions, deficiency of spleen and stomach, biochemical deficiency, prolonged illness, excessive blood loss, etc. can lead to depletion of essence and blood, and emptying of the sea of blood. Or liver qi stagnation, cold and cold can lead to qi stagnation and blood stasis, impediment to the ramifications, and blockage of the cell veins.        Identification and treatment

       2 Menorrhagia with blood stagnation Menorrhagia not working, depression, or irritability, chest fullness, abdominal distension and pain and refusal to press, purple and dark tongue or petechiae on the side, sunken and stringent pulse, for qi stagnation and blood stasis; if menorrhagia, cold pain in the abdomen, cold form and cold limbs, like de warmth, white fur, sunken and sluggish pulse, for cold clotting and blood stagnation.
