Manage your emotions and live a healthy life

  Atmospheric pollution causes disharmony between human beings and nature, has it ever occurred to you that it is human beings themselves who have destroyed the green living space? Emotional pollution causes disharmony between the human mind and its own organism, and even affects how people get along with each other. Has it ever occurred to you that life would be easier and happier if you appreciated yourself, tolerated others, and offered a little more love?  Every day walking in the street, everywhere you see a crowded crowd next to the bus, it seems to have been too intolerant of queues of this orderly form of waiting; school classrooms are supposed to be the engineers of the human soul to the flowers of the motherland to teach the temple of knowledge, but may become a bloody battlefield … . Hospital consultation room is a quiet place for doctor-patient communication, limited exposure of privacy of patients, once upon a time also evolved into a food market, surrounded by impatient, frowning, fidgeting people; why should doctors and patients are colleagues with the same goal, but repeatedly in court …. Today, a considerable number of people are no longer living in poverty, but why do not always feel happy? Anxiety, depression, anger, hatred and other emotions are the biggest killers of health in today’s society, not knowing that it is these emotions that are quietly eating away at people’s happiness and health …… As a doctor, I have been dealing with patients for more than 30 years, and my ordinary work has trained me to treat every patient equally and responsibly. However, what can I say in the face of emotions? At least 30-40% of the people who come to the hospital do not have a real disease (i.e., they meet the diagnostic criteria for a disease), but they come because they always feel uncomfortable and want the doctor to give them a promise, a sense of security. However, the world can change so quickly and unpredictably that true security exists in the heart of each person. In terms of health or illness, a good mental state is needed. Bad emotions do not change reality, while a positive state of mind may guide you to take more rational action and get the results you want. In one of his books on diagnosing illness, a famous American doctor humorously pointed out that if you are always sad, your internal organs will weep. In the field of psychiatry, this phenomenon is probably called somatization disorder or psychosomatic illness. One never knows in advance how much one is capable of doing in this life, but it is safe to conclude that you will not only be unhealthy, but also unproductive, if you are always in a mood of fear and anxiety and worry.  When it comes to seeing a doctor, a doctor is not a god or a fortune teller who can see everything that may happen in the future. Likewise, people are not machines that can be disassembled, and even if they can be disassembled, even if they can be transplanted, they will encounter the problem of whether the old and new organs can adapt to each other, and there will be adverse side effects from long-term immunosuppressive drugs. Doctors are not capable of distinguishing in a short time between your emotional feelings and a real disease, but only through constant tests to show that you are just uncomfortable or have constituted a disease. While people are complaining that health insurance costs are not enough to cover their expenses, and decrying the difficulty and high cost of medical care, have they ever thought that behind this reality, emotional unhappiness will inevitably produce repeated, high costs of tests, and poor medical outcomes?  How big the heart is, how big the stage is.  Getting angry is punishing yourself for the mistakes of others.  The best way to get rid of worry is to take action immediately.  There is nothing under the sun that you can obtain easily and comfortably. Everything must be pursued with great effort to truly understand the mystery and gain something.  The wisdom that can save yourself from the abyss of suffering is the most valuable wisdom.  Let’s take action and manage our emotions. Let’s learn to find and create passion in our lives and enjoy the joy in our work and study. It is enough to simply be happy, don’t expect it to bring me much wealth. I hope that young people will be happy to start their own business, to turn setbacks into challenges and attempts, and to keep overcoming difficulties in order to feel growth, maturity and the meaning of life. I hope that the elderly are happy in their old age, you are the best in the world, you also have had the years of prosperity and pointing out the power, if there are still any regrets and wishes, seize the time to achieve it, do not let the emotions hinder our precious life course …..
