Lipofuscinosis may present with fever, skin lesions, joint pain, and visceral involvement. 1. Fever: Fever appears after skin lesions, which is irregular and can last for 1~2 weeks. 2. Skin lesions: skin lesions appear on all limbs and trunk, buttocks and femurs are common, with different sizes and clear boundaries. There is pressure and tenderness. 3. Joint pain: the most common pain is in both knee joints, often symmetrical, persistent and recurrent, with localized redness and swelling of the joints. 4. visceral involvement: with abdominal lipomatosis there will be nausea, anorexia, diarrhea and other symptoms. When the disease involves the mesentery of the small intestine, intestinal obstruction and other related symptoms may occur.
