Whether subcutaneous lipomatosis-like t-cell lymphoma is curable or not is related to whether it is accompanied by hemophagocytic syndrome or not. If it is accompanied with hemophagocytic syndrome, the disease is not curable and the effect is poor, while if it is not accompanied with hemophagocytic syndrome, the disease can be cured clinically. 1. When subcutaneous lipofuscinosis-like t-cell lymphoma is accompanied by hemophagocytic syndrome, most of the disease progresses rapidly and the prognosis is poor, even if remission is obtained, recurrence is easy to occur in a short time, which is a recognized viewpoint at home and abroad. Specific drugs include cyclophosphamide and vincristine. 2. Those without phagocytic syndrome can often be clinically cured after combined chemotherapy and other treatments. General prognostic factors include single lesion; basically normal blood picture without hemophagocytic syndrome; polymerase chain reaction test showing clonal rearrangement of genes. If the diagnosis of subcutaneous lipofuscinosis-like t-cell lymphoma is confirmed, it is recommended that standardized treatment under the guidance of a physician be carried out as early as possible to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
