What is the reason for the yellow palms after taking acetaminophen for a few days?

Liver damage caused by medication needs to be considered in this case. In addition to acetaminophen, sulphonamides, mercaptopurine, etoposide, niacin, androgenic steroids, rifampicin and many other western drugs may cause yellowing of the palms of the hands after oral administration. This is mainly because there are these types of drugs that need to be metabolised by the liver and if the liver is poorly functioning or the dosage of the drug is used inappropriately leading to liver damage, this can cause drug jaundice leading to yellowing of the palms of the hands.
