While we enjoy the convenience and speed brought by the network, “network fatigue syndrome” caused by long hours or incorrect habits of using network equipment terminals is also becoming a “fashionable” disease, slowly threatening our health. The “Internet fatigue syndrome” is also becoming a “fashionable” disease that slowly threatens our health. ”Network fatigue syndrome” is tentatively defined as a series of changes in the human body caused by prolonged or incorrect posture and habits of using computers and cell phones, including strain and degeneration of the eyes, bones and joints, muscles and tendons, skin, etc., further causing human discomfort syndrome. Cyber fatigue syndrome occurs in young and middle-aged people, office workers and low-headed people. In the following section, we will introduce the specific symptoms of cyber fatigue syndrome one by one. We are talking about low back myofasciitis today. As we all know, we have muscles and various ligaments in our back to maintain the stability of our body. When we have a long time a posture, such as sitting in front of the computer for a long time, then our back muscles, ligaments and other soft tissues have been in a state of being stretched, a day or two, muscle ligaments and other tissues can still tolerate, when muscle ligaments and other tissues in this state for years and months, muscle ligament tissue will occur corresponding degeneration, aseptic inflammation, thus causing our back This is the origin of myofasciitis of the low back. This disease is more likely to occur in white-collar office workers, especially in women, who have less developed back muscles and other tissues. Low back myofasciitis pain is diffuse pain in the back, manifested as chronic persistent soreness and swelling or dull pain. The pain is obvious after long periods of inactivity, such as getting up in the morning, and is relieved by activity, but is further aggravated by prolonged ambulatory work, and is triggered or aggravated by local cold or physical fatigue. If the lumbar back myofasciitis is not treated for a long time, it will add a lot of pain to the patient, further making it difficult for the majority of young people to concentrate on their studies and work, stretching some people cause anxiety, depression and other psychological problems. Therefore, low back myofasciitis should also be treated in a timely manner. For the acute phase of the attack of friends, you can use some creams externally, and at the same time can be combined with oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, the effect will be more obvious. For the white-collar friends who usually work, self-rehabilitation and exercise is the most effective means of preventing lumbar back myofasciitis, here we introduce several simple and practical exercise methods. The first, prone exercise (Figure 1), that is, what we call the small swallow fly, prone position to lift the upper body, two arms and two legs straight up. Second, supine movement (Figure 2), that is, supine position, chest up, and efforts to lift the abdomen and chest. Third, the standing position exercise (Figure 3), that is, the standing position, hands up, efforts to reach back, this way is the most practical, anytime, anywhere can exercise. At the same time, it is recommended that white-collar friends do not spend too much time in front of the computer, it is recommended that about 40 minutes to get up and walk around, stretching “lazy back”, do a standing lumbar back extension exercise (Figure 3). Also, pay attention to warmth and cold to prevent fasciitis attacks or aggravation.
