How to treat heel pain caused by fasciitis

The etiology of heel pain is diverse and complex, mainly caused by metatarsal tendonitis, heel fat pad lesion, heel bursitis, heel hypertension, heel spur, nerve entrapment and other causes of metatarsal tendonitis, but the majority of middle-aged women. The onset is often unilateral, but rarely bilateral at the same time. According to the principle of myofascial provocation point pain, comprehensive treatment is performed. Needle pricking can destroy the muscle provocation point and pierce the tensor fasciae or strongly stimulate the provocation point, which triggers a strong reflex of the spinal cord, changing or destroying the sensory innervation area of the spinal cord center, thus relaxing the tensor fasciae to achieve pain relief. Stretching exercise for gastrocnemius, flounder and plantaris square can keep the muscles in a relaxed and aerobic state, which is the key to reduce recurrence. Vitamin deficiency or normal low line of vitamin content in the organism can cause pain. Therefore, as an adjuvant treatment, multivitamin medication should be properly supplemented for a long period of time to facilitate the consolidation of treatment and reduce recurrence. In addition, improving microcirculation is a cofactor that assists in reducing pain at the point of agonism. With this combination of therapies, good results have been achieved in many areas of similar pain. Therefore, the first step in developing metatarsal fasciitis is to give local injections to treat the inflammation that occurs at the metatarsal points of the heel and fascia, which can be treated with anti-inflammatory and analgesic injections to make the pain go away and the inflammation decrease. After the local inflammation subsides, some patients can be completely cured, but some patients with persistent disease may need further treatment, including some physical therapy, including arch pads. A visit to the hospital is recommended.
