  Criteria for mental health (1) intellectual standards. Normal intelligence is the most basic mental health condition for normal human life, and a good level of intelligence is the psychological basis for academic success and career success of all social people. Use IQ value to express. IQ ≥ 90 is normal and uncapped, < 70 is intellectually backward. People with abnormal intelligence cannot be psychologically healthy, but IQ does not indicate a person's achievement, and high IQ does not guarantee psychological health. Therefore, people with high IQ should not gloat.  (2) Emotional criteria. Emotion is a subjective experience of whether a person meets the needs of objective things. Emotional stability, and also must be happy mood is the sign of emotional health, and emotional changes should be caused by the appropriate reasons, but also with the degree of emotional response appropriate.  (3) Will standard: refers to the person consciously determine the goal of the activity, dictate their own actions, to overcome the difficulties, in order to achieve the predetermined goal of the mental process. Will is the ladder to do anything successfully, if things are too indecisive, wandering, thinking ahead, or reckless, rash, etc. are unhealthy manifestations of the will.  (4) social adaptation criteria: better social adaptation mainly includes ① the ability to better adapt to the natural environment; ② the ability to establish positive and harmonious interpersonal relationships and adapt to the surrounding interpersonal relationships. Interpersonal relationships both cure and cause disease, so harmonious interpersonal relationships are necessary for physical and mental health; ③ the ability to handle and cope with family, school and social life. Such as the ability to make decisions, problem solving, critical thinking, emotional control, mental transposition, interpersonal communication, etc.  (5) The "ideal me" and the "real me" basically match. Research proves that the inability to effectively face reality and deal with the surrounding environment is an important cause of psychological disorders and mental illness. Therefore, it is necessary to face reality, grasp reality, and actively adapt to reality.  (6) The characteristics of mental activity should be in line with age and gender characteristics. People go through various age stages in their life, and each age stage has the characteristics of that age stage.  (7) Concentration of attention. Attention is the psychological guarantee of success in all activities. If a person lacks the ability to pay attention and remain stable, he or she will not be able to complete purposeful activities well, such as hyperactivity in children and anxiety and depression in adults, who have attention problems. Generally 5 to 7 years old can be continuous attention for about 15 minutes; 7 to 10 years old for 20 minutes; 10 to 12 years old for 25 minutes; 12 years old and above for 30 minutes, or even more.  (8) Sound personality. The ultimate goal of mental health is to keep a person's personality intact. Healthy personality is to be tolerant, pleasing and kind to others, not to be calculating, resentful and critical, that is, to have self-awareness and be able to evaluate oneself correctly. That is, to have a correct outlook on life and values.  (9) To give limited play to one's unique personality traits without going against the interests of all.  (10) To be able to make appropriate satisfaction of one's basic needs without violating the ethical and moral norms and regulations of society.
